PINEAWEIGH - DAY THREE

PINEAWEIGH - DAY THREE

REVIEW: Wednesday, July 25, 2018

“Okay then, let’s get up early and head out for Everett,” says Dave, pushing away his dinner plate.

“Sounds good. We’ll have the ebbing tide and favorable current. I love cruising in the early morning.”

“Me, too,” says he.

Later:

“Depart not later than seven?”

“Sounds good.”

“Nite.”

“Nite. Love you.”

DAY THREE: Thursday, July 26, 5:30am

“Hey, Barb?” says sleeping Dave to his wife as she puts her feet to the floor (learning from the president of the country to speak of myself in the third person).

“Yeah?” she says, knowing to expect change.

“If we go later in the day we will cruise through the heat. That’s a lot better than being on a dock in the middle of the day.” Dave returns to sleep.

“Good thought. We’ll leave later.”

“GO” gets shoved back by a few hours, morning reading time expands.
